TERMS OF DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Delivery is carried out by the logistics company "Nova Poshta" only on the territory of Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories).

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

You can choose delivery of goods to the branch or order courier delivery, carried out by a logistics company according to its tariffs and terms.

The delivery time is approximately 1-3 days from the confirmation of the order. The TTN number can track the shipment's location and delivery time.

The cost of delivery is determined according to "Nova Poshta" tariffs.

WARNING! The order will be stored in the warehouse of the transport company for no more than 5 working days, after which the goods will be returned.

Delivery is carried out by the logistics company "Ukrposhta".

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

The delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the confirmation of the order. The tracking number can track the shipment's location and estimated delivery time.

Possible payment options:
- payment by VISA and Mastercard on the website when placing an order;

*Shipping of orders paid on the website by Visa and MasterCard cards is carried out after payment confirmation.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We go to meet our customers, so you can return the product within 14 days from the moment of receipt if the contents of the package do not correspond to the description of the attachment (with a violation of the assortment, quantity, completeness, or packaging). If you have received an item that you are not satisfied with - please send us an email to moc.snootracdnaskoob%40olleh with the subject "Returns": order number, reason for return, a general photo of the product, a photo of the label and packaging for each unit of the order.

After that, our manager will contact you to clarify the details and process the return.
